Ushashi Raha

Ushashi Raha is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 15 years of experience across multiple organizations and regions, including India, EMEA, and APAC. Ushashi began a career as a Financial Associate at IBM Daksh, before transitioning into HR roles at esteemed companies such as PUMA Sports International, where responsibilities included advising leadership and developing people strategies during significant organizational growth. At Future Group - Pantaloon Retail India Limited, Ushashi served as a Human Resource Generalist, followed by a role as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Qualcomm, where strategic talent development interventions were designed for a workforce exceeding 20,000 employees. Currently, Ushashi is engaged as a People Partner at Google, following a tenure as a Senior Manager for Human Resources at Qualcomm. Ushashi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Birla Institute of Management Technology, where the distinction of Gold Medalist was achieved.
