Vaikhari Sonawane is an accomplished community manager, educator, and mental health advocate with a diverse range of experiences across various organizations. As a community manager at FrontRow and a peer educator for SAATHI, Vaikhari facilitated communication and drove systemic change in student engagement. Furthermore, as a keynote speaker at the ADOLESCON National Conference, Vaikhari represented UNICEF and managed significant logistics for the event. Vaikhari co-founded Aatman Organisation's PsychSpace to address mental health issues among minors and hosted an innovative radio show on mental health. With leadership roles such as President of the Interact Club and involvement as a Global Youth Advisor for Google, Vaikhari continues to influence and empower peers. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance at Ashoka University, Vaikhari's initiatives reflect a commitment to social change and youth empowerment.
