Program Manager, Sustainability Reporting

Valentina Rappa, E.I.T., is an experienced sustainability and environmental professional with a strong background in research and project management. Valentina's career includes roles such as Associate Researcher at the NYC Center for Materials Reuse, where data collection contributed to the NYC Department of Sanitation's 2019 Reuse Sector Report, and as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Applied Sciences, modeling energy efficiency in wastewater treatment plants. Valentina has held significant positions including Sustainable and Urban Development Contributor at Duro UAS, and Project Manager for Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability at Dow, where efforts focused on corporate sustainability and waste management. More recently, Valentina served as Senior Associate Consultant at ERM, developing sustainability strategies for Fortune 500 companies, and currently holds the position of Program Manager for Sustainability Reporting at Google. Valentina earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Earth Systems Science from the City University of New York City College.
