Van Nguyen

Van Nguyen has extensive experience in corporate law, having held various positions in prominent organizations. Nguyen served as Corporate Counsel at Lab126, an Amazon.com company, from 2011 to June 2012, and as Licensing and Transactions Counsel at Broadcom Corporation from 2007 to 2011. Previous roles include Associate at Baker Botts LLP from 2005 to 2007 and Associate at Darby & Darby from 2003 to 2005. Since June 2012, Nguyen has worked as Senior Counsel at Google, managing a legal team that provides support and legal advice for Google’s global technical infrastructure, particularly focusing on cloud supply chain and AI/ML compute clusters. Nguyen holds a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD from Cornell Law School.
