Vatsala Pant

Vatsala Pant is an experienced professional with a diverse background in marketing, sales, and strategic operations. Vatsala began the career as a Summer Intern at Central Bank of Uganda, followed by notable roles including Junior Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where Vatsala was recognized for driving cross-team collaboration. An MBA internship at Colgate-Palmolive led to a successful market share strategy, and Vatsala subsequently excelled as Sales Manager and Assistant Brand Manager, achieving significant revenue growth and product innovations. At Amazon, Vatsala held positions as Program Manager for Community Shopping and Brand Ads, leading critical initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and advertiser experience. Currently serving as Strategy and Operations Lead at Google, Vatsala supports leadership within the gTech Ads business while also co-founding Jeevika, a venture promoting women empowerment. Vatsala holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA in Marketing.
