Veda Srinivasan has extensive experience in talent and organization development across multiple industries, including roles at Google, Dell, Goldman Sachs, and Infosys. As Head of Talent and Organization Development for Asia Pacific Markets at Google, Veda partnered with business leaders to align vision and strategy while overseeing change management and organizational effectiveness. Previous roles at Dell included Director of the Talent and Culture Center of Excellence, where Veda supported talent development for nearly 20,000 employees. Veda also contributed to leadership development initiatives at Goldman Sachs and managed professional skills programs at Infosys. Veda holds a Post Graduate Certificate in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Post Graduation in Social Sciences from the University of Hyderabad.
