Veeksha Balasa is a Mixed Methods UX Researcher at Google, working on the Google Play team since June 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Quantitative UX Researcher at Google Shopping, where more than 15 Qualtrics surveys were launched, capturing feedback from over 15,000 respondents and influencing key product decisions. At Tappy, Veeksha focused on user growth strategies and conducted a comprehensive user demographics survey. Veeksha served as a Teaching Assistant in Graduate Statistics at Claremont Graduate University, while also leading a research team in the Games & Interactive Technology Lab. Additional experience includes UX internships at Enlil, Inc. and Genetesis, as well as being a Behavior Analyst at the Center for Applied Behavior Analysis. Veeksha holds a Master of Arts in Applied Cognitive Psychology: User Experience from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology with a Minor in Disability Studies from UCLA.
