Victor Shen is the Director of Web, Distribution & Privacy Partner Ecosystems at Google, overseeing initiatives that enhance partner engagement and privacy compliance. They have co-founded Ubitus and served as CTO, and held roles as a board member, advisor, and mentor in various organizations focused on technology and entrepreneurship. Victor has contributed to IBM as a Software Engineer and led mobile solutions consulting at Google APAC, in addition to their involvement with the Taipei city government as a Municipal Advisor. Currently, they are pursuing degrees in Computer Engineering and Information Science at the University of Minnesota and National Chiao Tung University.
