Vikas Kaushik possesses a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Management Development Institute. Vikas began a career at D. E. Shaw India Private Limited as an intern in April 2018.
