Vilma Kaza

Vilma Kaza is the EMEA Sustainability and Energy Policy Lead at Google, where they lead sustainability and climate public policy for Europe within the Global Affairs team. With over a decade of experience in environmental policy advocacy at both the European and international levels, Vilma previously served as a Sustainability Regulatory Affairs Advisor at ExxonMobil, focusing on sustainable product policy across the EMEA region. Their career also includes roles at Burson Cohn & Wolfe, advising multinational companies on EU and UN environmental policy, and as a Policy Trainee with the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD. Vilma holds a BA from the University of York and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
