Vineeth Mekkat

Vineeth Mekkat is a CPU Architect at Google, where they are part of the CPU core architecture team. Previously, they were a Silicon Architecture Engineer at Intel, contributing to the design of next-generation microprocessors and publishing research on heterogeneous multicore processors. Vineeth earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, focusing on multicore processor architecture, and has held roles as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant during their studies. They also have experience as a Programmer Analyst at Infosys Technologies, where they worked on IBM Mainframe projects in the banking sector.
