Vipan Nalla has extensive experience in software engineering and architecture, with a notable career that began at PayPal as a Software Engineer and progressed to Team Architect within the Trust and Safety Team. After contributing to PayPal, Vipan transitioned to Meta, where leadership roles included overseeing a team responsible for advertiser bidding infrastructure and leading efforts in AI/ML infrastructure and social graph indexing. Vipan's work at Meta involved deep learning model serving and high-throughput inference solutions. Currently, Vipan serves as the CMCS TPU/GPU Inference lead at Google, focusing on large-scale LLM inference and serving using advanced technologies like JAX/XLA and TPUs.
