Vivek Ramachandran is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at YouTube since July 2011, Vivek leads teams focused on the video processing platform and video playback infrastructure for YouTube and other Google video products. Prior to this role, Vivek worked at Microsoft from October 2008 to July 2011 as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development of the next generation Windows Phone OS and enhancing its software platform.
