Vivian Ko

Vivian Ko is currently the Global Customer Care Manager at Google, where they have held various roles since 2017, contributing to operational performance and customer experience across the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, Vivian was an Analyst on the Merger and Acquisition Team at Bank of China (Hong Kong) from 2011 to 2014, where they facilitated the bank’s annual business planning and provided strategic recommendations. They are also a Lifetime Member of Beta Gamma Sigma since 2019. Vivian holds an MBA from HKUST (2016-2018) and an Executive Certificate in Merger & Acquisition from The University of Hong Kong (2013-2014), and they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Economics and Finance at the same institution.
