Vivian Wu

Vivian Wu is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and organizational development. Vivian held the position of Head of HR-China at Tejari from March 2009 to December 2009, where the focus was on establishing HR policies and talent management strategies in alignment with both company practices and local regulations. Prior to this role, Vivian worked as an Office Manager for the Queensland Government Office in China from 1999 to 2005, responsible for recruitment, training, and financial management. As HR Manager at Eagle Ottawa from 2005 to 2009, Vivian oversaw staffing and recruiting efforts. In roles at Google, including Learning and Development Business Partner for Greater China from March 2010 to April 2018 and currently as an APAC OD practitioner since April 2018, Vivian has been involved in organizational diagnosis, change management, and leadership development, driving practices that support high performance within the organization.
