Vrushali Gaud is a Global Operations Executive at Google, where they lead initiatives focused on GHG emissions reduction and clean energy strategies as part of the company’s NetZero 2030 commitments. With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, sales, and sustainability, Vrushali has a diverse background that includes building the ESG and Climate practice at Accenture and advising on integrated reporting for the International Integrated Reporting Council. They have also contributed to the advocacy for CSR adoption with the Confederation of Indian Industry and mentored professionals seeking purpose-driven careers. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Manufacturing Operations Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Vrushali balances a commitment to systemic change with personal resilience as a single parent.
