Ward Harmon possesses a diverse background in program management, technical recruiting, and instructional support across several prominent organizations. At USDA, Ward managed operational projects for the Commodity Procurement Program, streamlining onboarding processes and enhancing communication strategies. At Uber, Ward specialized in technical recruiting, facilitating high-quality interviews and improving the candidate experience. As a Training Support Intern at Peace Corps, Ward taught English to a large student body and developed training programs for volunteers and local educators. In various roles at Google, including Business Partner and Brand Manager, Ward contributed to operational and brand strategy efforts. Currently, Ward is involved in Product Operations for Google TV, holding dual degrees in Education and History from The University of Georgia.
