Wayne Shen has over 15 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, with a strong background in system administration and network engineering. Notable positions include System Administrator at Splunk from 2003 to 2008, where Wayne improved system availability through automation and performance monitoring. At Google from 2017 to 2022, Wayne held various roles, including IT Operations Lead for Google Cloud, where management of global operations projects and system optimizations were key responsibilities.
