Wen Li

Wen Li is an accomplished Battery Engineer at Google since March 2018, with prior experience as a Cell Engineer at Apple and a Principal Scientist at Spectrum Brands - Rayovac. Wen Li's expertise includes material development for Alkaline and Lithium Primary Batteries, alongside a strong foundation in high-capacity solid adsorbents for CO2 capture developed during a postdoctoral fellowship at Georgia Institute of Technology. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University. Furthermore, Wen Li has conducted significant research on polymer membranes and electrode materials for fuel cells and Li-ion batteries, as well as developing cathode materials for Ni-MH batteries for high-temperature applications.
