Weng Rony has extensive experience in software engineering and management, beginning as a Software Engineer at SpringSoft from July 2010 to July 2011. Weng then joined Synology in December 2013, where roles included Software Development Manager, leading the Cloud Service Team to develop scalable and feature-rich public services, as well as contributing as a Software Developer within the System Integration Team. In February 2021, Weng transitioned to Google, holding various titles including Software Engineer, Staff Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineering Manager until October 2022. Weng holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from National Chung Cheng University.
