Wes Hardaker

Wes Hardaker is an accomplished Internet Standards Engineer at Google since September 2025 and the owner of Frosted Axe Studios LLC, a game studio launched in April 2025, fulfilling a long-held ambition to create video games. Additionally, Wes serves as the RSSAC Liaison to the ICANN Board, a position held since September 2022, and has a notable background in computer science as a Senior Computer Scientist at USC Information Sciences Institute from August 2016 to August 2025. Involvement with the Internet Architecture Board began in March 2019, and Wes has also contributed as a mentor for high school students in the FRC 1678 Citrus Circuits Robotics team until December 2023. Previous professional experience includes ownership of Captured On Earth Photography, a research role at Parsons + Co, and a research scientist position at McAfee. Wes holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
