Will Beers

Will Beers is an experienced security engineering professional with a strong background in cloud security management and technical leadership. At Google, Will Beers currently serves as the Senior Staff Security Engineering Manager for the Google Cloud Platform Product Security Assurance team, following a tenure as a Staff Security Engineer where responsibilities included leading and mentoring security teams and addressing diverse security challenges. Prior to Google, Will Beers held roles as a Staff Security Engineer at Dropbox, where leadership in the SaaS and AWS infrastructure security team was exemplified, and as a Principal Security Engineer at Aurora, managing the Cloud Security team while contributing to strategic security initiatives. Earlier experience includes various roles at North Carolina State University, involving security engineering and IT support, along with web development responsibilities.
