Will Seidelman has extensive experience in user research and human factors across multiple industries. Beginning as a Human Factors Intern at GE Appliances and Lighting, Seidelman conducted usability testing and developed haptic assessment methodologies. At Amazon, Will Seidelman held various roles, including Manager of User Research for Transportation and Recipient Experience and Senior User Research Lead for Amazon People Technology, focusing on enhancing the user journey for both candidates and employees.
