Will Sparks

Will Sparks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting, HR analytics, and people operations. Will began a career as a Research Associate at Russell Reynolds Associates, focusing on human capital trends in Big Data and Cyber Security. Will then transitioned to Zocdoc as a Technical Recruiter, before joining Yieldmo as Director of People Operations, where responsibilities included developing recruiting strategies and scaling the company significantly. At Google, Will held various roles, including Recruiting & Analytics, where contributions included leading the hiring for the Cloud CISO and acting as a People Analyst. Will holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Babson College, an MBA from NYU Stern, and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
