William Furr is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and optimizing software solutions. Currently employed by Google since July 2014, William focuses on ChromeOS. Prior to this role, William was a software engineer at TripAdvisor from February 2012 to June 2014, contributing to review collection and software infrastructure. William also served as a research assistant at the Communication Analysis and Design Laboratory, leading the programming for the Read n' Karaoke project. Earlier experience includes a position as programmer/analyst at Le Moyne College, where William managed updates to the Datatel school ERP system. William holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi and an M.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
