William Lee has extensive experience in various roles at Google, beginning as a System Analyst through a contract with Adecco from July 2015 to September 2016, where responsibilities included launching a sales incentive system and improving sales compliance processes with new procedures and automation. From August 2019 to March 2020, William worked as a Technical Program Manager, overseeing the launch of an internal staffing tool and participating in its system design. William then served as the Sales Integrity Program Manager and Sales Incentives Program Manager within Google Marketing Solutions, designing sales policies and leading productivity target setting for over 3,000 sellers. Since March 2020, William has been the Global Product Lead, managing a data pipeline that delivers insights on sales behaviors. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego.
