William Ogallo is a Senior Research Scientist at Google, focusing on the development and validation of AI/ML tools for forecasting food insecurity outcomes and analyzing the drivers of food insecurity. With a strong background in health information technology and health informatics, William has led pioneering research aimed at enhancing health systems to ensure quality care for all. William holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nairobi. Previously, William served as a PhD Fellow at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and completed a Clinical Pharmacy Residency at the Academic Model Providing Access To Healthcare.
