Willy Yang

Willy Yang is an accomplished professional in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Significant roles include Senior Technical Program Manager at Lam Research, Director at TSMC, and Senior Program Manager at onsemi, showcasing expertise in managing supplier quality escalations, ramping up high-profit product lines, and overseeing new furnace startups. As the Head of Silicon Operations at Google since October 2024, Willy leads silicon production efforts in Taipei. Previous leadership positions also include Head of Foundry and OSAT Operations at Blaize and Director of Engineering at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor.
