Winnie King is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Director of Communications for Geo and Commerce at Google since June 2011. In this role, Winnie leads the public relations and internal communications teams for various Google products, including Google Maps, Street View, and Google Shopping. Prior to this position, Winnie was the corporate communications lead for Alphabet's earnings, finance, and mergers & acquisitions, among other areas. Winnie began a career in communications at Porter Novelli and further developed skills at The OutCast Agency, culminating in an Account Executive role before joining Google. Winnie holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA.
