Winston Ongko

Winston Ongko is an experienced professional with a strong background in banking and strategic partnerships, having worked in notable roles at Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, and Google. At Standard Chartered Bank, Winston served as a Transaction Banking Intern, contributing to implementation reports and enhancing internal processes. At HSBC, Winston progressed through various rotations, focusing on global liquidity, cash management, and client implementation, while also formulating strategies for the International Subsidiary Banking department. Most recently, Winston held the role of Strategic Partner Manager at YouTube, managing and growing a portfolio of emerging and top YouTube creators in Indonesia through data-driven strategies and collaboration across teams. Winston holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of London and a Master’s Degree in Business (Financial Management) with Distinction from the University of Warwick.
