Xidong Wu

Xidong Wu is a seasoned machine learning professional with a diverse background in research and development. Xidong's recent experience includes a role as a Machine Learning Engineer at Google, focusing on improving the personalization and quality of the Search Discover model. Previously, Xidong worked as a Research Scientist at ByteDance, where responsibilities included building personalization models for TikTok and developing multimodal generative models for product descriptions. Xidong's earlier positions encompass research at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, where GPT-4 was utilized for knowledge graph construction in drug discovery, and an internship at Bosch Center for Artificial Intelligence, studying foundation models in federated learning.
