Xin Kou is currently the Pursuit Lead of Google Cloud Consulting China and has extensive experience in technology and consulting. They previously worked at Amazon Web Services as the Area Practice Manager of Professional Services China North from 2018 to 2023, managing a team and overseeing project delivery. Prior to that, Xin served as a Senior Sales Consultant at Oracle and held positions as a Solution Architect at China Mobile Research Institute. Xin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.
