Xinglong Luan is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in machine learning and advertising technologies. Holding both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Computer Science from Peking University, Xinglong began a career in the field with an internship at Baidu Inc. in big data, followed by a role at 奇虎360 as an intern focusing on sponsored search. Xinglong later served as a machine learning engineer at qihoo 360, where responsibilities included designing and improving advertising mechanisms. After a stint as a Sr. Research Engineer at FreeWheel working on advertisement forecasting, Xinglong joined Google in October 2018, currently specializing in machine learning, federated learning, and analytics for Chrome and ChromeOS.
