Yakov Osvensky has extensive experience in the field of VLSI DFT engineering, having served as a VLSI DFT team lead and engineer at Hailo from October 2023 to May 2025. Following this role, Yakov joined Google in June 2025 as a VLSI DFT engineer. Prior experience includes working as a DFT engineer at DSP Group from August 2015 to February 2020. Yakov received an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben Gurion University, completing studies from 2013 to 2017, and attended Kfar Silver from 2002 to 2008.
