Yang Guan has an extensive background in software engineering, beginning as an SDE Intern at Amazon in 2013, where contributions included the development of a Ruby SDK for AWS CloudWatch and an agent for file monitoring. Following this experience, Yang worked as a Software Engineer at Palantir Technologies from September 2014 to April 2016. Since May 2017, Yang has held the position of Staff Software Engineer at Google. Academically, Yang holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and both a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, completed between 2008 and 2014.
