Yann Amado

Yann Amado is a skilled software engineer and machine learning expert, currently employed at Google since September 2024. Yann's experience includes an internship as a software engineer at SCDATA, where responsibilities included developing software for data analysis and creating predictive machine learning models. Following this, Yann interned at IBM in the AI Research Division, focusing on model creation and enhancement using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. Prior research at the University of Sao Paulo involved classifying oral cancer using Convolutional Neural Networks, applying advanced techniques in Edge Detection and Feature Extraction. Yann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade de São Paulo and has furthered education at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.
