Yanny Soh

Yanny Soh is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR operations. From August 2015 to April 2021, Yanny worked at Marriott International as an HR Specialist and Human Resources Supervisor, managing HR functions for the Customer Engagement Centres across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and Bangkok. Responsibilities included leading recruitment and onboarding processes, coaching hiring managers, and engaging with stakeholders on performance management and HR issues. Prior to this role, Yanny contributed to the establishment of HR functions at Farrer Park Hospital as a Senior Executive, focusing on the recruitment of healthcare professionals. Currently, Yanny serves as a Senior Specialist in Googler Experience Operations at Google, where responsibilities encompass managing APAC benefits operations and HR query management. Yanny holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University and a Diploma with Merit in Tourism & Resort Management from Singapore Polytechnic.
