Yi-Ann Chen

Yi-Ann Chen has a strong background in user experience and interaction design, beginning with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Management from National Taiwan University and a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan. Professional experience includes roles at VMware as a UX Design Intern focused on enhancing user engagement in SaaS products, and a position at Google as an Interaction Designer starting in September 2023. At Appian Corporation, Yi-Ann held positions as a User Experience Designer and later as a User Experience Designer II, contributing to significant projects including a no-code query editor and a low-code data program. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer, Yi-Ann leads the UX vision for AI capabilities, achieving a first general availability release in May 2023.
