Yi-Tao Wang is an accomplished software engineer with a strong background in web rendering and marketplace development. From November 2011 to December 2014, Yi-Tao worked at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer, contributing to the creation of a next-generation web rendering platform that supports essential functionalities of Amazon.com. Following this role, Yi-Tao co-founded Gloo Kids in January 2015, serving as CTO and building a mobile-first online marketplace focused on children's clothing. Currently, Yi-Tao is a Senior Software Engineer at Google since August 2016. Yi-Tao's earlier experience includes an internship at salesforce.com in 2006, where performance optimization for testing systems was achieved. Yi-Tao holds a PhD and an MS in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a BS and BA in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
