Ying Ding

Ying Ding is a Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), deep learning, and data mining. Currently a Software Engineer at Google since 2019, Ying previously worked on machine learning for ads and NLP for the Google Assistant. Ying holds a Ph.D. in Text Mining, NLP, and Machine Learning from Singapore Management University and completed a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Ying also served as a Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Singapore Management University and worked as a Senior Machine Learning Scientist/Engineer at Vipshop US Inc from 2017 to 2019.
