Ying Yang

Ying Yang, CFA, has accumulated extensive experience in financial analysis and advisory roles. Ying held positions at PFM from July 2015 to December 2017, advancing from Analyst to Senior Analyst in Fixed Income Advisory, successfully leading over 30 municipal debt issuance and refinancing transactions totaling more than $3 billion, while also providing strategic financial planning for various municipalities including the State of California and the Nevada Department of Transportation. Prior to this, Ying worked as an Asset Management Summer Analyst at Da Cheng International Asset Management Co., LTD in July 2014 and as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Credit Suisse in mid-2014. Ying transitioned to Google in May 2019, initially serving as Financial Analyst II and currently holds the role of Senior Financial Analyst in Technical Infrastructure FP&A, showcasing a strong analytical background following a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
