Youssef Biaz is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in both technology and creative fields. Currently employed at Google since August 2016, Youssef develops for the Google Assistant, having previously contributed to Play Movies. Previous roles include serving as a residential advisor at the University of Southern California and as a research assistant at the USC Kinesiology Locomotor Control Laboratory, where integration of advanced hardware and virtual environments was a focus. Additional experience includes internships in videography, research at North Carolina State University, and work with the USC Shoah Foundation Institute. Youssef holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Video Production from the University of Southern California, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology.
