Yu-Chen Chen

Yu-Chen (Charlie) Chen is an RF Hardware Engineer at Google since October 2023, specializing in the design and validation of Pixel wearable radio platforms with a focus on GNSS L1/L5 and LTE technologies. Prior experience includes serving as an Advanced Electrical Engineer at Garmin from December 2016 to June 2021, where expertise in hardware design and RF technologies contributed to the development of marine consumer products. Yu-Chen's background also includes a role as an RF System Engineer at 聯發科 from July 2021 to June 2023, where a pre-system platform for 5G FR1 TX chain impedance tuning was established. Additional experience includes project assistance and teaching assistantship at National Taiwan University, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the same institution with high academic honors.
