Yunhong Gu is a highly experienced professional in the fields of high-performance networking, distributed computing, and data mining. As a PhD student and research assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago from August 2001 to December 2005, Yunhong designed an open-source high-performance data transfer protocol (UDT). Following this, Yunhong served as a research scientist, overseeing research initiatives and leading the development of Sector.
