YUYA TANAKA

Yuya Tanaka has extensive experience in technology and project management, notably at DOCOMO Innovations, Inc. as an Assistant Manager from April 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included fostering partnerships with U.S. companies, conducting feasibility studies for Volumetric Capturing Services, and managing cross-functional teams. Prior roles at NTT DOCOMO, Inc. included Network Engineer, focused on network maintenance post-Great East Japan Earthquake, and Application Manager, overseeing the development of commercial applications across various platforms with leadership over multiple teams. Current positions at Google include Retail and Payments Activation Manager and Strategic Partner Development Manager in Android Partnerships. Yuya Tanaka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kobe University, completed in 2012.
