Zanoon Nissar

Zanoon Nissar is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in social impact, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. As the Founder and Executive Director of Women4Good since 2015, Zanoon has built a significant community in the Bay Area, engaging over 1500 members through impactful events and partnerships with leading companies such as Google and Lyft, raising over $100K for local nonprofits. Previous experience includes roles at Microsoft as Education Citizenship Program Manager and Senior Account Manager, as well as a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Google.org, where Zanoon scaled employee giving efforts from $800K to $24.3M. Currently serving as Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead at Google, Zanoon operationalizes DEI initiatives for a large organization. Educational pursuits include participation in the Stanford Ignite Entrepreneurship program and Corporate Citizenship Management Intensive at Boston College.
