Zhenyu Lu

Zhenyu Lu is a highly experienced data scientist with a robust background in machine learning and data mining. Zhenyu began a career as a Machine Learning Specialist and Manager of Development at Sears Holdings Corporation from June 2011 to July 2013. Zhenyu advanced to Adometry as a Senior Data Scientist from July 2013 to May 2014 and then joined Google in November 2016. At Google, Zhenyu progressed from Data Scientist to Senior Data Scientist, and currently holds the position of Staff Data Scientist since April 2023. Zhenyu earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Machine Learning and Data Mining from the University of Vermont, achieving a 4.0 GPA, and also obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
