Zhou Zhou

Zhou Zhou is a Product Counsel at Google, where they advise on a range of legal and strategic issues in the Android and Google Play product areas. Previously, Zhou has held positions as an Associate Product Counsel at Google, Legal Counsel for the Wikimedia Foundation, and an attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, focusing on technology and privacy law. Zhou began their career as a Software Engineer at Salesforce.com and has gained diverse legal experience through internships with the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York and the Federal Communications Commission. Zhou earned a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences and Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
