Anthony James has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles.
Anthony started their career at Zotec Partners in 2004 as a Product Support Engineer. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Help Desk Analyst at Renaissance Systems and Services/Tesia PCI.
In 2010, they joined Monitor Group as an IR Helpdesk, where they performed various tasks including upgrading office systems, providing phone support, and managing mobile devices. Anthony remained with the company until 2013.
From 2013 to 2016, Anthony worked at One Kings Lane as a Desktop Administrator, IT Systems Administrator, and System Engineer. Their responsibilities included desktop support, server maintenance, Active Directory configuration, and virtualization administration.
In 2016, they joined Barnard College as a System Administrator until 2019, where they managed system operations and maintenance.
Subsequently, Anthony worked at goop.com from 2019 to 2022 in different roles including TechOps Engineer, Lead DevOps Engineer, and currently as the Manager of Infrastructure. At goop.com, they monitored and maintained infrastructure, automated deployments, and created redeployable infrastructure.
Lastly, they briefly worked at the Brooklyn Nets as a Statistics Technical Coordinator Assistant, which is their most recent work experience.
Anthony James attended International Business College in Indiana from 2002 to 2003. Anthony obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Applications during this time. In addition to their degree, Anthony has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they became a Casper Certified Technician (CCT) from JAMF Software. In 2013, they also obtained an Apple Certified Support Professional (10.8) certification, although the institution where they obtained this certification is not specified.
