Clay Sinatra

Clay Sinatra serves as Director of Global Operations at Goorin Bros., where he leads multiple teams across global distribution, logistics, customer experience, and sales operations supporting omnichannel fulfillment for eCommerce and wholesale. In this role, he oversees a multi-node global fulfillment network and has delivered over $70M in operational savings and cost improvements. Prior to Goorin, Clay served as an Operations Manager at Amazon, leading inbound operations across multiple teams within a 1M sq. ft. fulfillment center, and held roles at EssilorLuxottica, where he oversaw the North American distribution network of DCs and 3PLs and led transformation initiatives. Clay holds a Master’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
